Tan-y-Mynydd (meaning "under the mountain") is a trout fishing haven. The immaculately cared for grounds are set in the easily accessible, beautiful and tranquil North Wales countryside.

Specially dug in 1971, our pools have matured beautifully over the last 50 years. Our fish thrive on the available natural food, with the five pools teaming with aquatic life. They will test the best angler and yet give good fun and sport to the novice be they young or old.

Each of the three 'fly fishing only' pools has it's own unique features and challenges. They are fully stocked with a variety of trout (rainbow, brown, blue and tiger).

Our two family orientated pools, where multi method fishing (bait and fly) is encouraged are very popular with anglers of all ages.
